Holladay Park Plaza
Holladay Park Plaza is the senior care retirement community, and is located in Portland, Ore. It is approved by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission. Its residential care include assistance with dressing, bathing and mobility; medication management and supervision; weekly housekeeping and linen service; safety checks; nutritional guidance; and social services. The Medicare-certified health center provides routine health screenings, laboratory and pharmacy services, and therapies, including speech, physical, occupational and rehabilitative. It offers skilled and intermediate care for residents with memory related disorders. Its in-home care program provides both short-term care for individuals recovering from illness and long-term care for individuals needing more extensive services. The other facilities include bank, computer center, craft and sewing center, fitness center, educational seminars, library and gift shop. Its Resident Assistance Trust Fund provides financial support to the residents.
