Francis Marion Manor
Francis Marion Manor is a part of the Smyth County Community Hospital and provides a wide range of health care and long-term services. The center has a more than 109-bed nursing care facility offering a variety of services. It also offers various programs in short-term and respite care. The center provides a range of rehabilitative services that include physical, occupational, speech and intravenous therapies. Francis Marion Manor offers various personal care services, such as medication monitoring, transportation, and assistance with bathing and dressing. It provides several amenities that include chaplains and a beauty salon. The center additionally offers various social and dietary services. Francis Marion Manor is approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and is located in Marion, Va.
Foxbridge Assisted Living and Memory Care Community
Highly trained wellness staff, under the guidance of our Medical Director, provides assisted living service. Tailored plans include assistance with such services as medication administration or activities of daily living. Residents with memory loss or related dementia have two cottages that serve different levels of memory impairment. One of these cottages has a coded entry door for added security. Foxbridge was the first community in Tennessee to have our staff trained in Fundamentals of Dementia Care.
