Established in 1995, Forest Health and Rehab is a 97 bed skilled nursing and rehab community located in Lynchburg, VA, which many may know as Hill City or The City of Seven Hills. Our facility sits on a cul-de-sac shared with Johnsons Health Center and The Surgery Center of Lynchburg, and is conveniently located near Lynchburg General Hospital. Recently acquired by Saber Healthcare, Forest Health and Rehab joins our team that is committed to providing quality and compassionate care to the residents we have the pleasure of serving. Forest Glen Senior Residence is a retirement community that serves senior citizens. It offers dining, household maintenance, housekeeping and transportation services.
