Founded in 1900, Southwest Health Center is a provider of nursing solutions. Based in Cuba City, Wis., it offers an array of services and amenities, such as birth care, urgent care and emergency room and senior services. The center provides services, consisting of cardiac rehab, diabetes care, orthopedics, hospice services, diagnostic services and women health, among others. In addition to these, Southwest Health Center offers senior behavioral science programs, including dealing with emotional illness, inpatient hospitalization, intensive outpatient services and memory diagnostic services.

EPIC Health Partners LLC is a community-based behavioral health facility that provides adults and children with needed mental and behavioral health assessments and services. We provide clinic-based and community-based services for adults and children, as well as telepsychiatry services.

Envoy of Staunton is a place to get better, a place for living. We are a 170-bed skilled nursing center, nestled within the Blue Ridge Mountain range and in close proximity to three hospitals, and a proud member of the Consulate Health Care family. Opened in 1958, we have 5 private rooms, 165 semi-private rooms, and can provide accommodations for couples that become residents of our care center. Staunton also offers features such as an outdoor recreation area, garden and patio, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, pastoral support and transportation services.
