Sunnyside Care Center accommodates more than 100 patients and offers short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care. The center treats a variety of resident conditions including, orthopedic, neurological, degenerative and communication disorders. It also provides physical, occupational and speech therapies. Sunnyside Care Center is a part of Kindred Healthcare, which is a health care service company that operates hospitals, nursing centers and a contract rehabilitation services business throughout the United States. Kindred Healthcare operates more than 80 hospitals and over 200 nursing centers. Located in Salem, Ore., Sunnyside Care Center organizes a range of activities and events.
