The Center on Aging and Health is a 120-plus-bed, health care facility located in Erwin, Tenn. The center provides a variety of rehabilitation, nursing, long-term and Alzheimer s care services to people throughout eastern Tennessee. It also offers adult day and respite care programs. The Center on Aging and Health specializes in occupational, physical and speech therapies. The center provides dietary planning, stroke rehabilitation, and wound and palliative care services. In addition, it offers intergenerational and pet therapies. The Center on Aging and Health provides in-home and nonmedical services to individuals and caregivers. The center organizes various health fairs and family support groups.
