Mrs. Boyd is a Certified Senior Advisor who, over the last decade, has worked with many seniors and their families ; experiencing first hand, the anxiety, hardship and crisis faced when trying to find placement or in home support services. The task to say the least can be daunting and this is where Care Connect of Hampton Roads can help!Christina’s compassion and drive to work with seniors and their families grew from her extensive background experience serving as the Director of Sales, Marketing and Admissions for local Alzheimer’s, Assisted Living and Independent Senior Living communities. During this time she also acted as a volunteer support group facilitator for the South Eastern Virginia Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association www.alzheimersassociation.com.As a Certified Senior Advisor ( CSA ), Christina understands that the health, financial and social needs of seniors are different and more complicated than those of any other group and the explosion of growth of the senior population is one of the most important demographic developments of the 21st Century.
