It is a 90-bed facility that offers long- and short-term care options for individuals who need nursing and rehabilitative care services after surgery and illness. The center additionally offers treatment services for senior citizens with Alzheimer s disease. It also provides a range of rehabilitative solutions, such as therapy management, respite and hospice care, and physical, occupational and speech therapy services. The center is licensed by the State of Wisconsin and is dually-certified for both Medicare and Medicaid. Belmont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is located in Madison, Wis.
Bellin Health Fastcare-Green Bay East
Bellin Health FastCare now has a new location to serve you on the east side of Green Bay. FastCare from Bellin Health is about getting help when you’re sick. Without a big bill. We’ve combined the two things you want most when you’re sick: no appointment and medical attention when you need it at one low price. Services are only $69 per visit. No appointment required. FastCare is health care from Bellin Health professionals but you don’t have to be a Bellin patient. FastCare is great for when you have a cold sore throat need a flu shot or a host of other health needs. The last patient will be seen 15 minutes prior to FastCare closing. Closed for 30 minutes daily for lunch.
