Avanti Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 72-bed, smoke-free rehabilitation and nursing facility. Avanti provides accommodation for both short- and long-term care. We admit residents without regard to race, religion, national origin, or physical handicap. Skilled, professional nursing care is provided 24-hours a day, seven (7) days a week.Our Activity Director works with each resident to provide stimulation through group activities, individual visits, community programs, and religious services. Volunteers are an active part of daily schedules. A full-time social worker helps our residents adjust to his/her new surroundings, assists in discharge planning, and accessing community services. A team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists assist residents in reaching optimum functioning ability. Members of our housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance departments keep our beautiful facility pleasant, clean, and safe. Our residents enjoy delicious meals that are individualized according to physician’s orders and as often as possible, we cater to our resident’s preferences.
