St Anne Nursing & Rehab Center
The Saint Anne Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is family-owned and managed full-service nursing care and rehabilitation services provider. The center provides residential care services that include skilled nursing, subacute care and rehabilitation assistence. In addition to health care services, the center provides various recreational programs and leisure activities. It offers specialized care related to skilled nursing, rehabilitative therapies, ventilator care, short-stay respite management, and assisted and independent living. In addition, the Saint Anne Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides pulmonary, physical, speech, language, occupational and respite therapies, as well as various in-house services, including diagnostic testing, pharmacy, dentistry, optometry, psychiatry and podiatry care. St Anne’s Home For the Elderly
St. Anne s Home for the Elderly, located in Milwaukee, is a part of the St. Anne’s Salvatorian Campus, and is dually certified by Medicare and Medicaid. It is a long-term care facility offering both skilled and residential care services. The home provides more than 115 beds, and therapeutic diets, activities areas, medical, dental and podiatry and social services, and accommodation for short- and long-term stays. The home also provides outpatient psychiatric, neurological, psychological, ear, nose and throat, audiology and optometry services on-site. Additionally, it provides physical, occupational and speech therapies. Its nursing staff is available 24-hours and offers a full range of services, including assisted living apartments, skilled nursing care and a full rehabilitation program. Additionally, St. Anne s Home for the Elderly provides other services and amenities, such as beautician and barber services, country store, laundry service and meals.
St Anne’s Retirement Community
Established in 1926, St. Anne’s Retirement Community is a nonprofit retirement community that has a more than 40-acre facility. It offers various accommodation options, including cottages, and one- and two-bed room that include kitchen, safety bars in bathroom, central air conditioning, and computer modem and satellite TV access. St. Anne’s Retirement Community has a health care center that provides restorative programs and also offers therapy services that include physical, occupational and speech. The health care center is licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Department of Health. The retirement community s activities include Christmas celebration, blood drive and staff talent show. Additionally, it provides pastoral care and religious services.
