St Andrew’s Village
St. Andrew’s Village, founded in 1985, is a nonprofit organization that offers housing and health care services to senior citizens. Its Medicare-and Medicaid-certified nursing facility provides various programs, including independent and assisted living, respite and emergency care and dementia support. It undertakes medication monitoring, psychiatric assessment, case monitoring, and therapy and treatment. The organization provides support programs and counseling to individuals suffering from depression, anxiety and mental disorders. In addition, it organizes workshops, outings, dance, music, barbecues, picnics and camps. The organization also provides pastoral services, Bible study and worship programs. St. Andrew’s Village is approved by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission. Its campus is located in Indiana, Pa.
SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic
Founded in 1916, Fond du Lac Regional Clinic provides a range of health care services. It offers surgery, emergency, rehabilitative, behavioral health, nutrition and weight management, pathology, medical imaging and alternative medicine services.
