Grafton Oaks Nursing Center is a family owned an operated Skilled Nursing Facility located in the Grafton Hills neighborhood of Dayton, Ohio. We have been proudly serving the residents of Grafton Hills and Dayton since 1978. Grafton Oaks offers a 100 bed skilled care nursing center that includes Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy. Our Registered Nurses provide around the clock coverage. Private and Semi-private rooms are available as well as a Certified Wound Care Nurse, Dietician and much more.
