Community New Life Hospice is a program that provides support and care services to individuals and families with terminal illnesses. It offers nursing, personal care, and pain and symptom management solutions. The program provides a variety of medical equipment and supplies. Community New Life Hospice also offers various medication and emotional and spiritual support services. It provides grief support solutions for adults and children. The program offers bereavement support and music therapy services. In addition, Community New Life Hospice provides counseling, education and training solutions. It is a part of Catholic Healthcare Partners, which is one of the largest, nonprofit health care systems in the United States.

Hospice of the Western Reserve

Established in 1978, Hospice of the Western Reserve provides a variety of health care services for individuals of all throughout northern Ohio. It offers a range of hospice care and related programs for patients suffering from with terminal illnesses. The center provides symptoms management, crisis intervention, skilled nursing, pain control, medication administration and diagnostic testing services. It additionally offers treatment planning services for individuals with AIDS, cancer and Dementia disease. The center provides counseling and bereavement and spiritual support services for patients and their families. It operates The Hospice Institute, which offers various educational programs for health care professionals, students and the general public. Hospice of the Western Reserve is licensed by the Ohio Department of Health.
