Established in 2003, River’s Bend Health Care is a locally owned and operated 100-bed facility. The Continental Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a provider of a range of skilled nursing, hospice and therapy services. It provides 24-hour nursing and respite care and individualized care plans. The center also provides on-site intravenous therapy, enteral feeding, and laboratory and pharmacy services. The Continental Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center offers various personal services, such as individual emergency call system and private and semiprivate rooms. It also offers laundry services and on-site beauty and barber service by licensed beauticians. In addition, the center offers nutritious meals, dining options and pet therapy, and organizes special events and outings.
