Lanfair Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing Care Lanfair Center is a nursing and rehabilitation facility owned and operated by Altercare of Ohio. The facility was established in 2002 and offers a range of services for the elderly. The center provides skilled nursing, intermediate care and assisted living services. Its skilled nursing unit is a 50-bed Medicare certified unit that provides physical, occupational and speech therapies. The intermediate care services provided by the center includes 24-hour nursing care and assistance with daily activities. Its assisted living unit is a 20-bed facility that offers support services to persons under the residential programs. It also provides a special care unit known as the Speret Hall that provides a wide range of health care services to persons with Alzheimer s disease and related disorders. It is located in Lancaster, Ohio.
