We are a 63-bed skilled nursing center, located near the Adena Regional Medical Center, and a proud member of the Consulate Health Care family. Opened in 1969, we have 8 private rooms, 26 semi-private rooms, and can provide accommodations for couples that become residents of our care center. Greenfield also offers features such as an outdoor recreation area, garden and patio, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, and transportation services. The Sycamore Glen Health Center, opened in 1986, provides short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing and assisted living services. It is a Medicare-certified facility that offers physical, speech and occupational therapies. The center offers assistance with medication, meal preparation, bathing, dressing, laundry, housekeeping and transportation. It also organizes a variety of recreational activities. The Sycamore Glen Health Center additionally publishes a newsletter. The health center is a part of the Kettering Health Network, which operates medical centers, hospitals and a college of medical arts.
