Located in Farmingdale, N.Y., Daleview Care Center provides its residents 24-hour skilled nursing care, short-term rehabilitation and subacute care services. The center provides a variety of amenities, such as landscaped gardens and patios, indoor park and fully equipped library. It provides a variety of resident rooms, such as private and semiprivate rooms with bedding and window treatments. It provides cable television connection and phone services in all its rooms. The various services offered include long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services. It also specializes in wound care and respiratory therapies. The center has been providing long-term care to residents in the community for more than 40 years. It organizes a variety of activities, including recreational, therapeutic and social activities. Daleview Care Center also provides home-cooked meals daily with a wide range of alternates.
