In operation since 2000, we provide friendly, quality service in the most respectful, attentive, and responsible manner. Our most important objective is to ensure that the residents of our facility have a positive experience living here. Our residents can focus on their quality of life because we provide 3 meals a day, maid service once a week, scheduled car service, and an activity program 7 days per week – thus our slogan, Carefree Senior Living. We have 100 apartments including single studios, deluxe studios, a 1 bedroom suite, a deluxe 1 bedroom, and a few 2 bedroom apartments. Every unit contains a kitchen banquette and a handicapped equipped/sized bathroom. We rent these apartments on a 12 month lease with a 30 day termination clause, Prices for our units range from $2500 to $5000 all inclusive of the services mentioned above. St. Margaret’s Center, founded in 1883, is a long-term care facility in New York offering care for medically ragile infants, children and young adults on a single campus setting.
