St Margaret’s Center
St. Margaret’s Center, founded in 1883, is a long-term care facility in New York offering care for medically ragile infants, children and young adults on a single campus setting. It offers 24-hour nursing care, therapy services and other medical treatments to the residents. St. Margaret’s Center, through its Day Light Program, offers adult day health care services to patients, 21 years and above, suffering from various chronic conditions and disabilities. Additionally, the program participants have access to the Center for Disability Services, including primary and medical specialty care, dental and behavioral health services. St. Margaret’s Center offers clinical services, developed and implemented by a multidisciplinary team that includes staff physicians, licensed nurses, physical, speech and occupational therapists, registered dieticians, psychologists, social workers and service coordinators. The center is located in Albany, N.Y.
