Established in 1925, Rochester Presbyterian Home offers loving, dignified care for Elders in three residences; the Homestead, in Rochester’s 19th Ward, Cottage Grove in North Chili and Creekstone in Perinton, New York. Since 2002, we have brought the Eden Alternative revolution in person-directed care to our honored Elders and have redefined the culture of Elder Care.
