Fredonia Place, founded in 2003, offers a housing community with various modern amenities. The community covers an area of more than 20 acres and maintains an over 80,000-square-foot facility. Fredonia Place is licensed by the State of New York as an Enriched Housing Program/Adult Care Facility and Dementia Unit. It offers independent living apartments with cable television, Internet access, washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, stoves and microwave ovens. The community maintains a dining room, spa, library, game room, movie theater and wellness center. It offer extracurricular activities, such as computer classes, concert trips, worship services and book club meetings. Fredonia Place is located in Fredonia, N.Y.
