Operational since 1978, Lifetime Assistance is an ISO 9001:2000-certified organization that serves more than 1,800 people with developmental disabilities. It offers clinical services for individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, mental retardation and neurological impairments. Lifetime Assistance s recreational services include baseball games, bowling, basketball, swimming, ice cream socials, dances, movies, picnics and bingo. Its family support services include parenting education and social activities. The organization additionally provides a variety of outsourcing, classified shredding and catering services. Lifetime Assistance employs service coordinators who offer person-centered planning, crisis intervention assistance, and connection to medical services and psychological counseling. It operates in over 50 locations throughout the United States.
