Meridian Gardens began serving the Columbus area in 2006 and finished an expansion due to increased demands in 2011. It is a state of the art facility that houses 67 assisted living apartments and 16 suites for memory care – featuring choices in sizes, styles and pricing. while resident’s independence is encourage, personal assistance in available for individuals to include help with medications, dressing, bathing, mobility, incontinence, oxygen, memory care and pet cares. Residents enjoy access to all three meals, transportation, medical appointment assistance, housekeeping, maintenance services and a call button.
