The Louisville Care Center is a 60-bed, long- and short-term care licensed skilled nursing facility. Located in Louisville, Neb., the care center is Medicare and Medicaid certified. The facility features private and semiprivate rooms, chapel, dining room, activity center, hair salon and common areas. The institution offers 24-hour nursing and personal assistance, restorative therapy program, routine nursing and personal supplies, meals and snacks, and group and individual activity programs. It also offers cable television, hospice care, medication administration, whirlpool baths, housekeeping and laundry services, weekly or bi-weekly church services, and care planning services and consultation. Additionally, it offers physical, occupational and speech therapies and podiatry care. The facility has a professional nursing staff on duty 24 hours, seven days a week.
