The Hillcrest Nursing Center is a 130-bed licensed, skilled nursing, long-term care facility with more than 25 private rooms. It offers a range of medical services, including short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care. It has a professional staff of medical specialists, nurses, therapists, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers. The center offers specialized services, including wound care, nutritional counseling and rehabilitation services. The Hillcrest Nursing Center also offers on-site dental, optometry, podiatry and mobile X-ray services. In addition, it provides services for home therapy assessment, counseling for Alzheimer s disease, evening assistance, spiritual support and moving coordination. The health care center offers a variety of recreational events designed to encourage socialization and meet the spiritual needs of residents, such as games, exercise programs, social get-togethers, learning activities, spiritual opportunities, special events and pet visits.
