Memorial Health Clinic
Memorial Health Clinics provide family medicine services for all ages, including pediatrics, prenatal and postnatal care, gynecology, dermatology, internal medicine, orthopedics and geriatrics. The clinics are staffed by eight family medicine providers, including four family medicine physicians, one physician assistant, and three nurse practitioners. Primary Care: for general wellness visits, follow-up visits, pre-op physicals, medication refill visits, chronic care management, and other non-acute medical issues contact us to schedule an appointment. Acute Care: for non-emergency illnesses and injuries that can’t wait, such as minor burns and cuts, ear aches, flu and COVID-19 symptoms, urinary tract infections, rashes and other immediate concerns. Bethany Home Health Care Inc
Bethany Home Health Care was formed in 1986 and was transitioned to Bethany Personal Care Services in 2004. It operates under Bethany Homes, a nonprofit corporation affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Bethany Personal Care Services provides individualized services to promote independence and to enhance lifestyle of the senior citizens in the Bethany Towers Assisted Living facility. Its nursing services are provided by registered nurses and licensed practical nurses. They offer assessment, medication management, wound care and venipuncture. Certified personal care aides, nursing assistants and medication aides also provide services, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation and motion exercises. Escorts, sitters and companions and extended 24-hour care facilities are also provided. Bethany Day Care program is designed to enhance social interaction and to provide respite care. It also offers recreational activities, including musical groups, participation in walks, reading, games, puzzles, videos, crafts and gardening.
