Located in Cedar Park, Texas, Sagebrook Health Center is a locally owned and operated, 124-bed facility that offers a variety of medical services and personalized care plans. It provides a wide variety of long-term skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation and respite care services. The health center provides a variety of social and recreational activities, including social groups, musical entertainment, daily exercises, group outings, spiritual programs and various individual programs. It offers a wide variety of services, such as dietician-supervised meals, counseling, family support groups, physical, occupational and speech therapy, education, home health, case management and transportation. The center also provides an on-site child care center for employees with infants and preschool age children. Sagebrook Health Center is a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified facility.
