NDLTCA is a professional and advocacy organization representing assisted living, basic care, and nursing facilities in North Dakota. We are an affiliate of the American Health Care Association and the National Center For Assisted Living, representing not-for-profit and proprietary facilities in our state. St. Luke’s Home, located in Dickinson, N.D., is a church-sponsored, Medicare and Medicaid certified, more than 80-bed health care facility. The institution offers private and semi-private rooms with open visiting hours. It provides restorative therapy five days a week, and also offers individualized care to residents. Exercise, range of motion, ambulation and other therapy services are provided by restorative therapy aides under the direction of a registered physical therapist consultant. The organization provides meals, snacks, medication, whirlpool bath, and structured and individualized activities. A chapel is available for weekly church services of varied denominations.
