Central Children’s Home of Nc
Formed in 1882, Central Children’s Home of North Carolina Inc. is a social service center. Based in Oxford, N.C., the center s service area includes moderate group care, emergency care and respite care. It offers agency services which include cottages, social services and genesis academy. The center has affiliation with Children and Family Services Association, Southeastern Child Care Association, National Association of Homes and Services for Children and Child Welfare League of America. Central Children’s Home of North Carolina Inc. has received The National Register of Historic Places.
