3HC Home Health & Hospice

Founded in 1981, Home Health and Hospice Care, commonly known as 3HC, is a community-based, nonprofit organization that offers infrared, physical, speech and occupational therapies. The organization also provides pain management, skilled nursing and respite care services. Home Health and Hospice Care is a Medicare-and Medicaid-certified organization. It employs more than 400 professionals and operates over 10 clinical offices in North Carolina. The organization offers rehabilitative and bereavement services. In addition, it hosts various annual fundraising events. The organization is a member of the Association for Home and Hospice Care of North Carolina, National Association for Home Care and National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. Headquartered in Goldsboro, N.C., Home Health and Hospice Care maintains a location in Wilson, N.C.
