Walnut Cove Health and Rehabilitation Center is a place to get better, a place for living. We are a 90-bed skilled nursing center, and a proud member of the Consulate Health Care family. Opened in 1974, we have 6 private rooms, 42 semi-private rooms, and can provide accommodations for couples that become residents of our care center. Walnut Cove also offers features such as an outdoor recreation area, garden and patio, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, pastoral support and transportation services. Residents and often time’s family too, can enjoy planned activities such as excursions, various arts and crafts, gardening, group movies, and visiting performers. We are Ambassadors of Care. Friendship Adult Day Services Inc
We are a Person Centered Adult Day Service providing daytime care, socialization and stimulation to individuals 60 and older, including those with Alzheimer’s or other dementias. We also serve adults 18 to 60 who are unable to remain home alone for a variety of reasons. Our participants benefit from daily cognitive, physical and social engagement to promote better overall health. Caregivers also enjoy a break from daily care, helping to insure their own health.
