Rocky Mountain Care
Established in 1993, Rocky Mountain Care is a nonprofit organization that offers a range of health care services. Its hospice care treatment meets the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients. It provides rehabilitative services that include occupational, physical and speech therapies. The facility also offers 24-hour skilled nursing care services through licensed and registered nurses. Rocky Mountain Care additionally provides in-house care services, including pain, medication, and wound management. Rocky Mountain Care maintains a location in West Valley, Utah. It maintains skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, assisted living centers and residential care facilities. The facility is certified by Medicare and Medicaid and provides maternal, housekeeping and meal preparation services.
