Founded in 2003, Grace Hospice is a community-based organization that serves the residents of Kansas and Missouri. It offers care services for patients and families with end-of-life care issues. The organization provides short-term inpatient and respite care, home health aide and homemaker services. Grace Hospice is a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified organization. . It offers prescriptions and equipment for pain relief and symptom management related to the palliation of terminal diagnosis. The organization also provides physical, occupational speech and language therapy services. In addition, Grace Hospice provides nursing care services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The organization also offers counseling, bereavement and medical social services.

Preferred Hospice offers a range of nursing, health and medical care services. The organization has been in operation for more than 50 years. It also offers a variety of support services for terminally ill individuals. The organization provides services in Ballwin, Columbia, Dexter, Lexington and Ozark in Missouri. Preferred Hospice focuses on the physical, emotional and spiritual development of patients. The organization serves individuals with Alzheimer’s disease. It also offers services for individuals with end-stage renal, heart and pulmonary diseases.
