Hospice Compassus is dedicated to compassionate care, clinical excellence, and providing comfort and support to patients with life-limiting illnesses and their family members. At Hospice Compassus, care is provided by team of health care professionals who are skilled at serving people with life-limiting illnesses. Our family-centered approach focuses on the patient, led by an interdisciplinary team, including a medical director, nurses, social workers, non-denominational chaplains, counselors and trained volunteers. Aimed to enhance the quality of life remaining, our care team works to provide expertise in pain and symptom management and to meet the medical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients and their families. Established in 2006, Kansas City Hospice House is a 45-plus-bed medical facility. It specializes in provides medical services for respiratory distress, nausea, fatigue and weakness. It has expertise in the areas of transitional, skilled nursing and terminal care services. The hospital offers medical management services, as well as emotional and social therapies. Kansas City Hospice House organizes various health care programs for individuals and families. It is a part of Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care, which is a nonprofit health care organization that was established in 1980. The hospital maintains a location in Kansas City, Mo.

Founded in 1996, Home Sweet Homecare provides a range of services for senior citizens. The center has served more than 500 individuals. It offers assistance with light housekeeping, bathing, meal planning, medication reminder, meal preparation and personal care. Home Sweet Homecare also assists with hospital sittings and doctors appointments
Cooperative Home Care
Independently owned and operated, Cooperative Attendant Service has been operational for more than 35 years. It is one of the leading providers of in-home health services in the United States. The center serves more than 5,000 adults and senior citizens with developmental disabilities. Based in St. Louis, it has branch locations in St. Charles, Franklin and Crawford counties in Missouri. The center offers a wide variety of services, such as skilled nursing facilities, personal care and homemaker services, assistance with daily errands and appointments, live-in companion, respite solutions and individualized supported living services. Cooperative Attendant Services also offers independent living skills, vocational and caregiver training, community-based services, psychopathological solutions, and individual, group, family, behavior, physical, speech and occupational therapies.
