Established in 1972, St Luke’s Nursing Center is a fully licensed provider of long-term care and residential care services. Located in Carthage, Mo., the 186-bed nursing facility includes a variety of amenities, such as skilled care unit with private and semi-private rooms, residential unit with private apartments as well as assisted living and special care unit for Alzheimer/dementia patients. It offers a range of services, such as a respite program with adult day care, private insurance, Medicare or Medicaid payment options and Medicare-certified physical, occupational and speech therapy. St Luke’s Nursing Center is a ministry of the Episcopal Church.
