It offers its residents with recreational, social and therapeutic activities, including field trips and special event celebrations. It also offers customized social activities and accommodates special dietary requirements to meet individual needs. Greene Haven, located in Springfield, Mo., also operates an Alzheimer care department, which is a 15-bed, locked unit that serves individuals who are suffering from Alzheimer’s disease.
