Habilitative Services was founded in 1985 and provides a wide variety of rehabilitation and residential services. The center offers various home care services, such as housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation and laundry services. It provides a range of 24-hour nursing care services, including catheter care, medicine monitoring and health instructions. The center offers various rehabilitation services that include various therapies, such as physical, occupational, speech and language. Habilitative Services provides a wide range of supported living and case management services. It has an education department offering various programs in consumer training. The center s personal care services include assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming, exercise, skin care, medication reminders, and diet and nutrition.
