Reverence Home Health & Hospice

Reverence Home Health & Hospice, a service of Genesys Health System, coordinates patients’ overall care with physicians to provide continuing services in their homes. Our professional staff cares for patients recovering from acute illness, trauma or surgery by promoting their wellness and independence. We adjust our services to meet the changing needs of the patient. By incorporating our services into the family’s daily routine, we minimize disruption of their lifestyle while promoting patient and family independence. Almost any care provided in the hospital, doctor’s office, clinic or rehabilitation facility is available for homebound patients. Patients must be under a physician’s care and in need of intermittent services. In most cases, the patient must be homebound. We provide services to residents of Genesee, Lapeer and Shiawassee counties, as well as those living in parts of Livingston, Oakland, Tuscola and Saginaw counties.
