Heartland Home Health Care & Hospice center is part of the HCR Manor Care, located in Rainelle, W.Va. The center provides home health and hospice care. It offers nursing care and rehabilitation services, nutritional, antimicrobial, antiviral, and antifungal, chemotherapy, pain management, hydration, immune globulin and heparin therapies. Its other services include personal care, exercises and light housekeeping, counseling and assist with social or financial aid. Heartland s physical therapists visit clients in their homes to assess and treat large motor function. Rehabilitative techniques, such as exercises, gait training, prosthetics and heat are used to treat patients. Its speech pathologists visit homes to assess and treat speech and swallowing disorders. The center provides 24-hr services. It also offers clinical pharmacy. The center comprises more than 80 offices, in over 22 states.
