Office is open 9-4pm daily but nursing care is available 24 hours a day. NOCHS also known as North Ottawa Community Health System, located in Grand Haven, Mich., is a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified agency that provides health care and personalized services. The center is licensed by the Michigan Department of Public Health. The center provides skilled nursing and 24-hour emergency services. It also provides nutritional counseling services with the aid of registered dieticians. Additionally, North Ottawa Care Center provides physical, occupational and speech therapies, and laundry services. It also provides hospice care, and dental and podiatry services. The center also offers social activities for its patients, such as watching movies and has a beauty salon and barbershop. It additionally offers various imaging services, such as X-rays and has a fully equipped laboratory. It is a part of the North Ottawa Community Health System.
