Professional Inspectors Group is a multi-inspector firm with many years of experience in the Inspection Industry. Professional Inspectors Group has been developed into its present day business by two long time professionals in the building inspection business, Hal Robertson and Dean Abel. This development is the result of years of experience and client satisfaction. In 1985 Hal founded Sergeant’s Home & Termite Inspections and operated the business successfully for 19 years. Prior to founding Sergeant’s Home & Termite Inspections, Hal’s experience started in 1976 when he was in the Civil Engineering Branch of the Air Force. Dean is the founding member of Professional Inspectors Group (founded in 1995). Prior to 1995 Dean earned his B.S. Engineering Science from Trinity University. Dean also worked as the Chief Municipal Building Inspector for the City of Hill Country Village. In 2004 both Hal and Dean decided to merge the two companies. Their goal has been to become the leader in home and building inspection services in the greater San Antonio area.
