The agency was founded more than 40 years ago, and serves a variety of communities in southeast Michigan. Lourdes Campus various facilities include Fox Manor Independent Living, Mendelson Assisted Living Home, Clausen Manor for Alzheimer s Care and Lourdes Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. It has a more than 30-acre campus, and serves over 250 residents. The agency has also been awarded the Michigan Governor Care Award.
