Lean On Me provides hourly, overnight or live-in services. We are happy to modify, tailor or adapt our services to fit your needs. Lean on Me is a local Maryland-based company. We work with clients with the following needs: Daily living needs At-risk sick and shut-in clients when families are not present Clients that are wheelchair bound or use other mechanical assistance After hospital discharge After release from nursing homes, assisted living, or rehabilitation facilities All Lean On Me caregivers are certified in CPR and First Aid. They are also given hands-on training in sanitation, hygiene and cleanliness.
