The Brockton Visiting Nurse Association was established in 1904. It is based in Brockton Mass., and is a subsidiary of Bay State VNA and Hospice. It serves Plymouth, Bristol and Norfolk counties in Massachusetts. The association is one of the largest visiting nurse associations in the commonwealth, and employs more than 200 health care professionals who provide services to people of all ages.
