Landmark Senior Living Facilities
Landmark Senior Living was formed in 1985, by Clifford F. Boyle, as Simsbury Associates, Inc. The goal at that time was to answer the growing need for affordable, well maintained housing. The need was met by acquiring previously neglected, historically significant, properties, which were then totally rehabilitated and re-introduced into the community. Simsbury Associates has completed 37 historic renovations certified by the National Park Service and has construction and development experience across broad segments of commercial and residential real estate. In the early 1990’s, it became apparent that there was a growing need for a huge segment of the population who were no longer able to live on their own, but were far too independent for a nursing home. The need was for residences where seniors could sustain or re-capture their independence. The answer to this need was the birth of Landmark Senior Living Communities. Each community is focused on delivering the highest quality of care to the residents. Our philosophy is to care for each resident through: Personalized services Enabling freedom of choice Protecting privacy Fostering individuality Preserving dignity, and Nurturing of the spirit Our Mission Landmark Senior Living provides a supportive environment for seniors that fosters and encourages their independence through the promotion of good health, an active lifestyle and personalized care services.
