Personal Home Care has provided in-home care services throughout Oregon since 1985. This provides our customers with the best possible care from a staff knowledgeable in the needs of our clients. Personal Care Choices
Personal Care Choices offers services for seniors, individuals with special needs, and those needing transitional care. Whether our clients need light housekeeping services or companion care, our highly trained staff will assist you. We operate our services with the highest level of care as we are licensed by the State of Tennessee with the following programs: DIDD (Division of Intellectual and Development Disabilities, formerly DMRS), ETHRA (East Tennessee Human Resource Agency), CHOICES (TennCare Choices and Long-Term Care), ETAAAD (East Tennessee Area Agency on Aging and Disability), and SETHRA (Southeast Tennessee Human Resource Agency).
