North Ridge Care Center
Northridge is located in the small community of Baker – moments away from Baton Rouge and Zachary. While we offer traditional long term care and short term rehabilitation, Northridge is recognized for specialized units that differentiate this facility from others in the area. Our Memory Enhancement Unit provides individualized care for residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia and our Lighthouse wing allows us to provide care to men with behavioral problems in a secured environment. Our staff have years of experience and receive ongoing training to provide quality care to these residents in a structured environment.
