Oakmont Manor, located in Flatwoods, Ky., is a 103-bed long-term and personal care facility. It offers a variety of senior living options, including independent and assisted. The center provides various options, such as one- and two- bedroom apartment. It also offers a variety of utilities, including television, personal maid services, flat laundry and scheduled chauffeur transportation services. The center also provides private and semiprivate suites with 24-hour nursing coverage, social activities and program, planned excursions, immediate nursing attention, and a beauty salon and a barbershop. Oakmont Manor provides medical services and offers respite and transitional and adult day care programs.
