St John’s Health Care Center
Established in 1964, St. John’s of Victoria is a Christian community for senor citizens and provides care services for elders. It is a 90-plus-bed licensed facility that offers a range of medical, social and personal services to senior citizens. The community also supports an outstanding dining program and is comprised of therapists, nurses and social workers, as well as works to maximize resident independence. St. John’s of Victoria is a part of the John’s Via Christi Health System, which is one of the largest providers of health care services in Kansas. The John’s Via Christi Health System also serves the northeast Oklahoma region through its more than 10 medical centers and over 12 senior services communities and programs. It also offers a variety of home-based and outpatient services.

Four County Mental Health Center
Four County Mental Health Center, located in Independence, Kan., is a private, nonprofit organization providing mental health services to the residents of Chautauqua, Elk, Montgomery and Wilson counties in Kansas. Founded in 1964, it is a licensed community mental health center, serving people suffering form mental health disorders due to parenting, marriage, depression, anxiety, personal loss and work-related stress. The agency is funded by state and county public funds, service fees, contracts and grants, and it accepts Medicare, Medicaid and various private health insurance plans. Four County Mental Health Center s various outpatient services include crisis diversion, mental health, alcohol and drug abuse and senior outreach services.
