The Valley Health Care Center offers nursing and mental health care services. The center offers respite and residential care and independent living services, and short- and long-term care. It also offers support services related to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of individuals. The Valley Health Care Center offers a variety of community-based therapeutic, educational and preventative programs, as well as training and development services. In addition, the center provides individualized rehabilitation services that include physical, occupational and speech therapies, podiatry service and hospice care, as well as restorative nursing programs. Jefferson County Home Health, provides in-home care focused on improving the client’s level of functioning. Hospice of Jefferson County provides assistance to the terminally ill and their families, giving the client the option to stay home during their illness.
